Frequently Asked Questions / Shipping / Returns Policies (Please read carefully)


This actually depends on the specific item / items you order.  

Our #1 goal is customer satisfaction, so we strive to deliver your order as fast as we possibly can.  With that being said...

Shipping Estimates:

In most cases, you can expect to receive your order 5 to 10 days after your completed purchase. 

However, this is not always the case since we print the many of our products on a per order basis, and this also depends on multiple factors. 

Please be patient, as our goal is to provide the best customer service possible.  Thank you in advance!

Also: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

Custom Designed Apparel:

Our custom designed apparel (excluding all-over printed items and shoes...), t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, long sleeves, coffee mugs, phone cases, and other similar items are printed on demand at one of our fulfillment locations here in the United States.

These items are usually shipped out within 24 to 72 hours after you complete your order, but can take as long as 7-15 days to reach it's destination in some cases.

Custom Shoes & All-Over Printed Items:

All of our Shoes and All-Over printed items (like pillow cases, blankets, and full-print hoodies) are printed after your order is complete, and then sewn by hand, and shipped from one of our overseas partners. 

These items take longer to produce, inspect for quality, and prepare for shipment.   Please allow 5-10 weeks for these items.

Jewelry Items:

Jewelry items are mostly handmade, and are usually shipped directly from our artisan partners, and depends on the current workload.  If we happen to have the specific item you ordered on hand, it will generally take only around 5-10 business days for you to receive your item and sometimes much sooner. 

However, since many of our items are shipped from outside the U.S., it can take as long as 2-6 weeks to receive your item.  But, please rest assured, your items are on their way!

I ordered multiple items, but I only received one? What happened to the rest of my order?

Since some of our items are stored in separate warehouses, they may be packaged and shipped separately.  It's very common for our customers to receive one item before another, so please don't worry if you don't get everything all at once, as it is definitely on the way!  

We have systems in place to ensure we can offer our items at the lowest cost possible.  If you're still unsure, just shoot us an email! We're more than happy to help!  :)

US Shipping Time Estimates

Shoes: 4-10 Weeks (Each shoe is custom printed per order and sewn together by hand by one of our partners)
Other Products: 1-3 Weeks

International Shipping Time Estimates

Shoes: 4-10 Weeks (Each shoe is custom printed per order and sewn together by hand by one of our partners)
Other Products: 2-5 Weeks

If your items have not arrived within 60 days (90 Days for shoes and all-over print items) of the date of original purchase , contact Customer Service for a full refund of your purchase. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries).

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase.

You may return un-used items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  (Or within 7 days after receiving your item in cases of delayed shipping)

We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged within 14 days after you receive it, and we will refund you.

*NOTE* This excludes custom printed shoes *

Custom Print Shoes Return Policy:  Sorry, we do not offer refunds on custom printed shoes.  You will only be allowed to switch them out for the correct size needed (only 1 exchange allowed) in the same exact style shoe. Thank you!

*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will send instructions for your exchange. 


To return your product, you should email us with the subject line: "RETURN REQUEST" to [email protected] , and we will send you instructions for your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase, and the products must be in brand new / un-used condition to qualify.


All orders are shipped via one of the following carriers:  UPS/USPS/DHL.


No there are no additional duties.

All prices on our site are listed in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.
